I have had experiences (in Myrtle Beach with a different guide) where they explained (after they had our money) that the fish hadn't been biting for 3 months so the captain didn't want to waste live bait........ Several times I have called Kris to employ his services and he has honestly explained to me why we should try a different time for unknown reasons (sometimes known reasons) the fish just weren't biting. Although I was disappointed, I always appreciated his candor and his integrity!
